About Us
We are a registered charity who operate under the Charity Commission (number 1198525) and we started operating from St. Ives Equestrian Centre in 2005, and relocated to Aireview Equestrian Centre in 2019. Aireview, as it’s name implies, provides a stunning backdrop for our lessons in either the indoor arena, outdoor school area or on short hacks.
We have a dedicated team of volunteers with a range of riding and teaching expertise, several qualified RDA instructors and access to the backup of the National RDA association to whom we are affiliated.
We offer riding lessons from ages 4 to 70+ to a wide range of riders, as well as providing training in stable management. Both these provisions are offered to individuals or in a group setting. Some of our riders go on to take part in regional and national competitions. with several of our riders taking part in the Special Olympics events
We also offer volunteering opportunities, so if you would like to join our friendly team, please get in touch.
We rely on fundraising activities to enable us to care for our horses and be self-financing and we run a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year, so if you see one of events, please do come along and say hello.
