National Countryside Challenge Awards

Congratulations to Amatullah, Dylan and Stephen, who took part on Saturday 29th Oct in the finals of the RDA Virtual Championships Countryside Challenge, with all finishing in the top 3 of their classes. In the Junior Independent class Amatullah came 1st with 86.42% and Dylan came 2nd with 83.57%. Stephen came 3rd with 83.57% in his Senior Independent class. All three were riding Tyson, so a big thankyou to Aireview Equestrian Centre for their loan of Tyson.

Well done to all our other riders who took part in the initial filming of Countryside Challenge, Dressage and Show jumping. All riders were judged, some in very big classes, and we look forward to receiving the score sheets and sharing them with you. Well done also to Ollie, Clint and Puzzle who worked really hard on the filming days, don’t forget to give them a big pat at your next lesson!

Thanks also to the volunteers who bathed, plaited and turned out the horses to such a high standard, the leaders, and those who set up the courses and operated the gates and the camera and video teams. Huge thanks also to the coaching team and volunteers who were involved in months of preparation, a great team effort!
